Biography

Joseph was possibly the son of Joseph Laycock and Susanna Lovely, but no source connecting them has been found.

On 10 Jan 1799, a Uriah Springer, James and Isaac Prickett, and Jos Laycock signed a petition for a “nearer magistrate” in Hamilton Co., NW Terr, USA.
