Fred met Anna in 1919. They owned the "Railway Inn" in dover, England before coming to Canada on the steamer Minnisota in 1924.

He married Mary Ann Juett April 26, 1886 in St. Mary's Church, Sunbury on Thames. They had 13 childred: Frederick John (my husband's grandfather), James Henry, Eliza, Mary Ann, William Henry, Annie, Roland Henry, Alice Rose, Charles Edward, Ameila Sara and David George.
