Biography
Luke was born in 1807.[1] He is the son of Joseph LeBlanc and Rosalie Melanson. In the 1820s, he and his parents and siblings were living near St. Mary's Bay, Digby County.[2]
By 1844, Luc and his wife were living with their seven children in St. Mary's Bay, Digby County.[3]
