Biography

Cécime was born on 14 May 1856 and baptized in Bouctouche on 18 May 1856.. He is the son of Anselme LeBlanc and Suzanne Collet. [1] His first marriage was to Suzanne Collet in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent on 7 Nov 1881.[2] His second marriage was to Antoinette LeBlanc, daughter of Édouard Leblanc and Émilie Surette in Moncton on 18 Oct 1909.[3]
