Biography

Joseph was born on 23 Sep 1881 and baptized in St-Anselme on 26 Sep 1881. He is the son of Frederic LeBlanc and Rosalie Pellerin. [1] He married Marie Richard, daughter of Olivier Richard and Sylvie Melanson in Fitchburg on 16 Jun 1902.[2]

1891 Census of Canada: When Joseph Leblanc was born about 1882 in New Brunswick, his father, Fred, was 33 and his mother, Rosalie, was 24. In 1891, he was 9 years old and lived in Moncton, New Brunswick, with his father, mother, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.[3]
