Constance Leblanc, daughter of Pierre Jacques Leblanc (1748 - 1830) and Anastasie Louviere (~1756 - 1815), was born about 1783 in Louisiana under Spanish rule.

Constance married Joseph Rene Broussard (~1778 - <1820) on 8 January 1800 in St. Martinville, Louisiana.[1]
