Victor Staley LeBlanc was the son of Robert LeBlanc and Annie Forbes.[1]
He was born May 24, 1905[1] in Plymouth, Nova Scotia[2], and was baptised May 25, 1905 at St. Michael's[1] in Tusket Wedge, Nova Scotia.[3]
He married Elizabeth Ina Pothier, the daughter of Levi Augustin Pothier and Marie Louise Jacquard, on June 23, 1936 in Comeau's Hill, Nova Scotia.[4]
