Biography
Edgar was born in Irishtown on 8 Jan 1901. He is the son of Phocas LeBlanc and Antoinette Leblanc. [1] After the death of his father in 1907, Edgar was adopted by Dominique LeBlanc and Virginie LeBlanc. He married Yvonne LeBlanc in Lynn about 1927. He passed away in 1960.
