Mary was most likely the daughter of John LeGrow who left her and her 4 siblings his "large room" in Broad Cove. The husband of this LeGrow daughter sued Thomas Le Grow to gain access to her inheritance.. In the 1796 court case King & Pippy vs. LeGrow, the plaintiffs presented a petition setting forth that they had married daughters of John Legrow of Broad Cove who died about 23 years since intestate. While the first name of John's daughter has not been confirmed, Mary married Charles Pippy and they moved to Broad Cove. More evidence that Mary was a Le Grow who had access to the LeGrow property after Pippy successfully won the case against Thomas LeGrow..
