By March 30th 1851, they were in St Thomas Street, Eccleston. John was a house painter.
John died in 1852 in Prescot district, and was buried on 12 Jul 1852 at the church of St Thomas the Martyr in Upholland, Lancashire. His age was recorded as 45, and his address as St Helens.
Margaret died in 1855, and was buried on 24 Jan 1855 at St Thomas' Church in Eccleston, Lancashire. Her age was recorded as 53, and her address as Eccleston.[3]
