Betty was born in Cullingworth, Yorkshire on 6 August 1803 & baptised Betty Leach, 30 October 1803 Wilsden, Independent, Yorkshire the daughter of John Leach & Hannah of Cullingworth. [1]

The marriage of George Wood & Elizabeth Leach was conducted on 28 March 1826 Bradford, Cathedral St. Peter, Yorkshire. [2]

With husband George & children in 1851 living in Cliff Mill, Morton, Yorkshire. [3]

A woolcomber's wife living in Main Street, Bingley, Yorkshire in 1861 with husband George & adult children. [4]
