Sarah Ann Leaman was born on November 20, 1845 in Turtle Creek, Albert County, New Brunswick, Canada, daughter of William Leaman (1828–1886) and Catherine Berry (1820–1911).[1]
Her siblings were:
Sarah (16) married Bamford Mitton (22) (born about 1839; son of John Mitton and Jane (Berry) Mitton) on October 16, 1862. Their known son was Calvin Gilbert Mitton (1864–1937).
Sarah died on October 4, 1924 in Moncton, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, aged 78. She was buried in Prosser Brook Cemetery, Prosser Brook, Albert County, New Brunswick.[1]
