Josephine (Leavels) Porter , Involved in Disaster, Biological, 1918 Spanish Flu Pandemic

Josephine (Leavels) Porter is a part of US Black heritage.

Josephine was born on 10 July 1900.^[1]

She and George Livingston had a daughter, Mary Levels, who was born on 27 August 1915 and passed away a day later.^[2]

She died of influenza on 8 January 1919.^[3] She was married at the time of her death. The informant on the death certificate, Robert Porter, was probably her husband. He may have been the brother of James Porter, her sister Albertha's husband.
