Servile was born on January 17, 1866 in Napierville, Bas-Canada, to Joseph Leblanc and Adelaïde Roy. He was baptised "Hypolite Servile", on the same day at Saint-Cyprien church. The godparents were Hypolite Côté and Olive Leblanc. 
On November 24, 1895, Servile, who's a machine shop operator, married Marie Regina Trepanier, daughter of Alexis and Delia, in Lowell, Massachussetts, USA. 
Servile died on September 25, 1935 in Lowell, Middlesex, Massachusetts, USA.
