Josephte Leblanc is a descendant of an Acadian
Josephte, daughter of Francois Leblanc and Josephte Pichet, was born 5 May 1780 and baptized the same day in the parish of Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup, Louiseville, Province de Québec. [1]
Josephte Leblanc, wife of Pierre Tisdel and with a given age of seventy-five years, died 17 Sep 1853 and was buried 19 Sep 1853 in the cemetery of Saint-Antoine-de-la-Rivière-du-Loup, Louiseville, Canada-Est. [2]
