Joseph Leblanc is a descendant of an Acadian
Joseph Leblanc, son of Jean Baptiste LeBlanc and Osithe Godet, was baptized Nov 1, 1833 in St. Michael's Church, Margaree at 12 days old.[1]
Joseph, son of Jean LeBlanc (deceased) and Osite Gaudet, married Henriette Cormier, daughter of Olive Chiasson (deceased), no father mentioned (I believe this was Joseph Cormier), on Jan 8, 1866.[1] They have the following children in the parish register:
