In the 1880 census Violet (age 21), Keeping House, was the wife of George Freeman in Township 6 Sandy Mush, Madison, North Carolina, United States.[5]
In the 1900 census Violet (age 42) was the wife of George W Freeman in Township 6 Sandy Mush, Madison, North Carolina, United States.[6]
In the 1910 census Violet (age 52) was the wife of George W Freeman in Sandy Mush, Madison, North Carolina, United States.[7]
