Biography

He married a Sarah Unknown and then remarried to Nancy Williams.. Jeremiah is listed as a farmer on the 1880 Census.
His D. O. B. from his Death Certificate was also misread on Find A Grave. Oct. 3, 1833 was stated as Oct. 3, 1832 is correct. His Date of Death was also misread from Jerry's Death Certificate. It states Feb. 26, 1918 instead of the correct date of Feb. 27, 1918. He had the Stroke on Feb. 26th. He died from Apoplexy. (unconsciousness or incapacity resulting from a cerebral hemorrhage or stroke).
Jerry was 85 and his wife Nancy Williams survived him. His father was named Jonathan. Jerry & his wife were buried at Williams/Nancy Ledington Cemetery, Cane Creek, Laurel County, Kentucky. Pike-2301 05:49, 15 July 2016 (EDT)
