Biography

Magdelaine Ledoux was a Canadian First Peoples and member of the Métis Nation.

Magdelaine Ledoux was born at White Horse Plains on 5 Nov 1832 to Pierre Ledoux and Susanne Short. Baptism took place at St. Boniface, Manitoba on 11 Nov 1832.[1]

Magdelaine married widower Antoine Houle (son of Antoine Houle and Josephte Lauzon) at St. François Xavier, Manitoba on 8 Jan 1851.[2]

At the time of the 1870 census of Manitoba, their family was enumerated at St. François Xavier.[3]
