Robert Lee was born about 1620 to Michael and Christian Lee, who lived in Waterford, England, and were still living when Robert wrote will in 1687.
A Robert Lee, servant, was transported to Maryland about 1657.
In 1660 in Waterford, Herefordshire, England, Elizabeth Lee, who was born about 1640 and daughter of Robert, married Thomas Bell.
In 1659, Thomas Bell immigrated to Maryland, accompanied by his wife Elizabeth Bell, who was transported.
Is there enough play in these approximate dates that these could be the same Robert and Elizabeth Bealls, marrying first in their home town of Waterford, and then shortly therafter boarding a ship for Maryland as man and wife?
In 1687, Robert Lee wrote his will shortly before his death in St. Mary's County, Maryland. It is intereting that he names his parents Michael and Christian Lee of Waterford as beneficiaries, presuming that they were still living in 1687.
In the same 1687 will he also names his son in law Thomas Beall incidentally to making a bequest to his grandson John.
