Not sure about her last name of Powers.

Conversation with my Aunt Georgia, 18 July 2001: "We are related to Chester Alan Arthur (the president). She thinks it probably may be on the Prilliam side. Her Aunt Mary Fehrenbaugh confirmed that. A neice of Chester Alan Arthur did a college thesis on the family tree. A duplicte of this was left to Aunt Mary Fehrenbaugh. In 1980 she told Aunt Georgia that she was going to give it to her son Leo and if he didn't want it she was going to burn it. Aunt Georgia tried to get info from Leo but before she could he died. I sent a letter and called Betty Jane Fehrenbaugh to see if she would get that info for me. She told me she would, but never did.
Around 1933-34 my Grandmother, Martha Lee received a small inhertence from the Fulson Estate, my Aunt Georgia did not know how she was related to them. She bought all her kids new clothes and took them all to New York to visit her twin sister, Margaret.
Around 1929, Henry Lee came to visit his brother Marion in Youngstown. The two set out to look for their sister Ida. They found her and Marion brought her home to live with him. Around 1960 Uncle Henry died, both Ida and Henry are buried in Toledo. Ida had one child, Ruth Nottage. Henry Lee and second wife Lottie had the following children, Harold (died in WWII) Kenneth(died in WWII), Lilia, Paul, Eugene, Patti. Henry's first wife had 6 children, some of which reside in California in the movie business.
Around 1938 Henry and Marion both left town for good. The two sons who died had made their insurance to both parents and Lottie could not cash it in until they found Henry. Not knowing where he was, she had him legally declared dead. Twice, once in 1947 and around 1961 Uncle Henry visited my Aunt Georgia. He was responsible for starting the "Correct Time Service" in Youngstown. After he got people to invest he absconded with the money. He left 2 wife's and 12 children behind.
Aunt Georgia said her father met her mother when he went to work for the Youngstown Sheet and Tube. He worked with her brother Paul. Paul Gallagher introduced them. After they got married they lived with her Mom and Dad for awhile. When Marion Lee was eighteen, he left his foster parents to find his brother, he found him living in the South somewhere. His brother wouldn't let him live with him so he moved to Youngstown to get work in the steel mills.
