Sold (at first without title) to his brother-in-law Joseph Hanks the property on which Joseph and family lived in Nelson County. See here and here. The original records may be on microfilm at Library of Virginia (Nelson County, KY microfilm , either reels "0002-0003 Chancery Papers, 1780-1807 (includes District Court of Chancery and Court of Quarter Sessions)" or reel "0011 Deed Book 4, 1790-1795, index, 930 p."
