Samuel was born and died in Jackson County, Indiana. He was born in 1818, the son of Jonathan Lee and Deborah Brittain. He married Mary Killey. Samuel died, a widower, aged 91, in 1910, and is buried in Crothersville Cemetery, Crothersville, Indiana. [1] also buried at this cemetery is his sister, Jane Lee Densford.
