NEWTON LEE MAHAFFEY until time of Newton Lee, ol Mahaffey
RD. 2, died in the Oarfield Hospital at 2:30 a.m today, following a long illness. He was 87. He was born in Burnside Township Dec. 16, 1881, the son of the late John and Elizabeth (White) Lee and spent most of his life in this section with the exception of 28 years when he resided at Nanty Glo. He retired to Mahafley R. D. in I'l.'iK. The deceased was married to the former Annie Bonsall of Grampian who preceded him in death in 1934
