Ada Louise Lees was born in 1884 and christened on 16 Nov 1884 at St Thomas, Dudley, Worcestershire, England. She was the daughter of William Lees and Elizabeth Holloway.^[1][2]

Ada died on 18 Mar 1889 age 4 and was buried on 22 Mar 1889 at Dudley.^[3][4]
