Caroline Lees lost her brother in the Astley Deep Pit Dunkirk Pit Colliery Explosion on 4-Mar-1870
Caroline was born in 1829. She is the daughter of William Lee and Elizabeth Unknown. She was one of seven children. Her brother, William was killed in an explosion in the Astley Deep Pit mine in 1870.
