Joseph Lefebvre dit Beaulac was born on March 20, 1739 in La Baie-du-Febvre, Yamaska, Quebec, son of Joseph Lefebvre and Catherine Messier. [1]
Joseph (24) married Julie Gamelin dit Chateauvieux (21), daughter of Antoine Gamelin and Marie Angélique (Huntel Hertel, on March 5, 1764 in St-François-du-Lac, Yamaska. Together, they had 11 known children. All their children were baptized at St-Antoine-de-Padoue (Baie-du-Febvre), and all the children who married were also married in the same parish[2]:
