Marthe Lefebvre was the daughter of Henri Lefebvre of Saint-Maclou de Rouen and Madeleine Duchesne.[1]
Marthe is estimated to have been born by about 1550 based on her entry into a marriage contract with Martin Lebarbier in Rouen on 4 May 1574.[2]
None of the sources noted for Catherine Barbier (which are related to her daughter Marguerite Rosée/Rouzée) suggest that Catherine's parents were Martin LeBarbier and Marthe LeFebvre - who were the ancestors of Québecois pioneer Marie LeBarbier, and who were from Rouen. Accordingly, they have been detached as being Catherine's parents. See further notes in Québecois Project in G2G: https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/1420213/conflated-family
