His will is dated 2 May 1752 and proved on 14 June 1756 in Norwich. He mentions his wife Joanna, and his children, Christopher, Benajah, Hezekiah, Elisha, Richard, Mary, Sarah, and Lucretia. His inventory was dated 20 July 1756 in Norwich.[1]
In 1761, the estate was set out to the widow, Joanna, Christopher, Benajah, Hezekiah, Elisha, Richard, Mary Billings, Sarah Starr, and Lucretia Leffingwell.[1]
