George Leger was born on February 3, 1927 in Louisiana, United States, son of Severin Leger (1887–1963) and Marie Louisa Quebedeau (1887–1963).

George married Dorothy Murphy (born in 1927).

George was in the army and died on 1 February 1991.[1] George was mentioned on a memorial in North Hanks Cemetery, Crowley, Acadia Parish, Louisiana, United States with a death date of 1 February 1991.[2]
