Guillaume married Aline Boudreau (born in Moncton, Westmorland in 1933; died in Moncton on 7 Jan 2012), daughter of Blair Joseph Boudreau and Marguerite Caissie, on 18 Apr 1960 at the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce church in Moncton. They had four children during their marriage.
Guillaume died on 8 Mar 1995 in Moncton aged ~63. He is buried in Sainte Therese d'Avila Catholic Cemetery, Cap-Pelé, New Brunswick.
