He married Sandra Sue Barnes on June 10, 1965, in Winfield, Kansas. [2] He died on June 16, 1998, in Winfield, Kansas, at the age of 64, and was buried there.[3][4]
Lester was in the Korean War from March 23, 1954 to March 22, 1956 [5]
