LIBERTY FARMER SURVIVED BY 40 GRANDCHILDREN Gottfreid Leider, whose death at his farm home in the Town of Liberty was noted in these colums last night, was born in Germany February 27th, 1863 in the Province of Brandenburg where he was married and came to this country with his wife and three children in 1881, settling in Manitowoc county where the family has since made its home. Besides the widow Mr. Leider is survived by a family of thirteen grown up children, forty grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The children are Herman and Charles of Birnawood; Mrs. Wm. Koeppen, Mrs. Ernst Schmidt, Mrs. Frank Ribbeck. Aolph and Edwin of this city, Mrs. August Lenz, Mrs. Fred Schmidt, Edward and Otto who reside on farms (sic) in the Town of Liberty and Louise and Paul who are still at home. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon with services at the home at 1 o'clock and from the Liberty church at 1:30 o'clock the Rev. Hensel officiating
