Andre Lemoine was born about 1795 in Rouen, Seine-Inférieure, France.
Andre (17) married Brigitte Paliau (17) (born on July 4, 1796 in Baton Rouge, West Florida, New Spain; daughter of Pedro Paliau and Maria Rose LeTullier) on October 10, 1813 in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge.[1] Their children were:
- Andre Marcelle Mayer (1814- )[2]
- Tersile Clemensia (1816- )[3]
- Irena Rosalia Lemoine (1820–1844).
Andre died on September 16, 1835 in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States, aged about 39.[4]
