Biography

01/18/1948 - 03/12/2016 William Albert Lemon, 68, of Scottsboro (Marshall County) passed away March 12, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents Alexander and Mildred Eagar Lemon and brother Al. Survivors are his wife Jane Norris Lemon, daughter Carrie, son Matt (Amy), three granddaughters, brother Jimmy (Dianne), sister-in-law Paula Lemon, and "sister" Debbie Barnett Gordon. Raised in Birmingham, Bill attended Robinson Elementary and Banks High Schools and was an Army veteran. Memorial service will be Sunday, March 20th at First Baptist Church, Grant, Alabama with visitation at 2:00 pm and service at 3:00 pm. The family suggests donations to Hospice of Marshall County or First Baptist Grant in lieu of flowers.[1]
