Biography
Alice (Lennon) McMillan is a part of US Black heritage.
Alice was born about 1904. She is the daughter of Grant Lennon and Alice Nance. By 1910, her mother had passed away and her father had remarried. The family was living in Chadbourn, Columbus, North Carolina.[1] They were still there in 1920. Alice was the only child still at home.[2]
Alice married Richard Mcmillan on 12 April 1923 in Columbus, North Carolina, United States.[3]
Alice passed away in 1973 from a cerebral thrombosis due to pneumonia and arteriosclerosis. Her death certificate stated she was a married, Negro female who worked as a farm helper. Her husband was Richard McMillian, the informant. Her parents were Grant Lennon and Missouri Lennon.[4]
