Hi Kathleen

Thanks  for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz. As Pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within a project is essential

Please ensure a location is entered on all profiles and data matches dates of profile. Avoid abbreviations as these can mean different things or location around the world, add sources with citations & links for sources to support the data. From wiki ID go to Research to find sources

The United States Project and its sub projects for each state, would be of interest. Adding the tag UNITED_STATES will connect you  Follow this link for your Tags:   your tags

Gertrude Quick, married to Moses Bilyou - I have only one son of hers - Lester G., born 10 Jul 1899 Kingston, d. 4 Feb 1967 in Poughkeepsie. Our daughter lives in Kingston on Clinton Ave across from the original Senate bldg. Gertrude's oldest sister was Telitha Cumi Quick, 10 Jan 1856 Plattekill - 8 Mar 1920 Poughkeepsie. She married David Morgan Merritt, 13 Jan 1854 Marlborough - 5 Nov 1918. Information on Telitha "Tillie" is scarce. Do you have any information on her? Her daughter was Alberta Merritt, 10 Dec 1886 Marlborough - 7 Oct 1965 Albany - our grandmother, married to John Lawrence Hughes 23 Aug 1892 Poughkeepsie.

Hi,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

I started tracing the Lennon family in 1998 and have so far collected Lennon family data going back to Armagh in the 1700s. I am happy to contribute the mission of a free exchange of information so that we can all have a complete picture of our family's rich heritage. I am the daughter of Thomas Edward Lennon of Buffalo, NY going back to Bernard Lennon and Mary E. Short with ties to the Donovans and several other South Buffalo Irish families.
