Biography
Mary Jane (Lennox) Patterson was born about 1853 in Ireland, daughter of James Lennox (1811–1891) and Margaret (Reynolds) Lennox

Mary died in 1923 in Pennsylvania, United States, aged about 69. She was buried in Conemaugh Cemetery, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.[1]
Mary married William Patterson (born about 1843 in Treanboy, Convoy, County Donegal, Ireland; son of Samuel Patterson and Sally (Starrett) Patterson) in 1879 in Pittsburgh, PA. Their known son was Samuel Robert Patterson (1881–1939).
In 1900, Mary (46) was living in Indiana, Pennsylvania. [2]

Mary emigrated to America from Ireland in 1877.
She married William Patterson in 1879 in Pittsburgh, William was also a recent immigrant from Ireland.
One known son was born, Samuel R Patterson in 1882.
Mary was widowed in 1917. She died in 1923 and is buried with William at Conemaugh Cemetery, Indiana County.
