In the 1901 Canada census Violet was age 18 living at Orillia, Simcoe East, Ontario, Canada with her father Thomas Lennox (44), mother Margaret Lennox (43), brother Albert E Lennox (17)[4][5].
Violet married James Alex Livingston on 25 May 1909 at Orillia, Simcoe, Ontario, Canada[6].
Violet and James had two known children.
In the 1911 Canada census Violet was age 28 living at Oshawa, Ontario, Canada with her father Thomas Lennox (54), mother Margaret Lennox (53)[7][8]. Note: She is listed as Lennox in the census instead of Livingston.
In the 1921 Canada census Violet was age 38 living at Weston, York West, Ontario, Canada with her husband James A Livingston (40), daughter Doris M Livingston (9)[9].
Violet's husband James died in 1933.
Violet died in 1980 and was buried at Prospect Cemetery, Toronto, Ontario, Canada[10][11].
