Biography

Edith Kate Lester was born in 1898 in Mottisfont, Hampshire, England to Henry John Lester and Amy Isabel (Thorne) Lester. Her birth was registered in Romsey, Hampshire in the first quarter of the year, with mother's maiden name Thorne.^[1]
