Biography
Lucy was born about 1802 in Chesterfield County, Virginia.[1] Her parents have not been identified.
She married Elisha Franklin on 7 March 1833 in Washington County, Virginia.[2]
Lucy is last of record in the 1870 census in Russell County.[3] Elisha was a widower in the 1880 census.[4]
