It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:
Elizabeth Lester Stiltner 1800-1850 and Jackson Jacob Stiltner 1798-1884 had a daughter named Katherine who married Bartemus Compton 1815-1899 and their son Meshach Compton 1849-1931 married Nancy Breeding and their daughter Zilla Compton married James Monroe Fields and their daughter Pauline Fields married John Roy Johnson whom were my parents, and so I suspect that we are distant cousins @ John Ray Johnson
