Frederick was born in 1852 in New Plymouth. He was the son of George Lethbridge and Frances Perry.[1]
Does anyone have any evidence for his use of the the name Frederick, or is this confusing him with his first cousin Frederick, son of Richard Lethbridge, who was born about the same time?
He was a member of the first Feilding Borough Council, serving as Mayor 1882-1883, 1885-1886 and 1890. He was a Member of Parliament from 1896-1902 representing Rangitikei and Oroua from 1902-1908. [3]
He passed away on 26 January 1915 aged 62 years old.[4]. He was buried at Feilding Cemetery on 28 January 1915. [5] Cemetery record gives date of death as 25 January, but this appears to be wrong as newspaper death notices of the time confirm the date as 26 January.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Frank by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Frank:
