Esther Lewis was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Esther Lewis died young.
Esther, daughter of James Elmer Lewis and his second wife Caroline Bateman,[1][2] was born 21 February 1904 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.[citation needed]
Esther died there on 18 August 1905 at age six months after suffering meningitis and enteritis for ten days.[1] She was buried 20 August 1905 at South Side Cemetery in Pittsburgh.[1]
