Biography

Ernest was born in 1894 to Sarah Gilley whose maiden name is verified by his siblings’ death certificates. Their father is listed as William Lewis in their death certificates, who may have died by the time of the 1900 census or living elsewhere.

Ernest married "Bethie" (Rebecca?) Parker in 1913. They had at least nine children together:
