Samuel Lewis, of Malden, son of John Lewis, was born at Charlestown, Massachusetts, June 24, 1641. He settled after his father at Malden and was a farmer. He died there February 1, 1698-99. He married, 1683, at Charlestown, Sarah Dutton. She married (second), before 1706, Samuel Dix.
