Biography

John Lewis was born on 01 JAN 1665 in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts Colony. He was the son of Edward Lewes and Hannah Cob[1]

In 1735 in Barnstable, John Lewis was included in a list of men who served in the Expedition of Canada in 1690.[2]

On 4 Jun 1695 in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial John married Elizabeth Huckens. [3] Together they had the following children

On 13 September 1723 in Barnstable, Massachusetts John was appointed Deacon[11]

In 1709 he was named as executor of his brother Shabuel’s will. [12]


On 05 Mar 1738 in Sandwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts John passed away.[13]
