Biography
Abner was born in 1837 to Eli Lewis]] and Cynthia Hall. He spent his entire life in Kentucky, marrying at age 22. Around age 25, he enlisted in the Union Army for the Civil War. He died by 1910, when his widow filed for a Widow's Pension.
