She was born in Oberschöna on July 4, 1816, and died in Altenberg on Christmas Eve, 1847. She was thirty-one years old, and had been married for just three and a half years.
(Given that she died only fifteen months after her only child child was born, could she have died of some lingering aftereffects of a difficult birth?)
