Lightfoot---Died at 12:55 o'clock Thursday afternoon, August 23, 1906, at the family residence, 718 North Grand avenue, west, Julia Ann Lightfoot, aged 54 years, 5 month and 18 days. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence and that 2:30 o'clock at the First United Brethren church. The decedent is survived by her husband, James R. Lightfoot; three sons, John, Ira and Bert, and one daughter, Mrs. Grace DeFrates, all of this city; one sister, Mrs. W. R. Strode, residing north of the city, and one brother, Charles Plunkitt of Carleton, Neb. Mrs. Lightfoot was born in Sangamon county and was married to James R. Lightfoot December 24, 1873. She has resided here all her life and was a member of the United Brethren church. ^[1]
